		<description>Risotto is a favorite around our house too!  We usually add in chicken, asparagus and sun dried cherries, but risotto is good with just about anything in it.  Prosciutto is also a great addition. 

Glad you found my blog!  I will also be following yours now.  Arkansas was a beautiful place.  Not as beautiful as Utah but very lush!  Probably a fun place to serve a mission.</description>
