		<description>I have a non-defrostable freezer, as it keeps foods colder and fresher for longer periods.  A great tip is to have every space occupied in your freezer.  If you have an empty space, put a box filled with newspapers, or better yet, a clean milk carton filled 90% (to allow for expansion) with water.  This will save on energy costs~</description>
