Eating Healthy can be Fun!
I met this awesome guy Matt Johnson at Dream Dinners the other day and we stated talking about how healthy our dinners are. I am passionate about how good our food taste, the healthy part is just an added bonus in my mind. I have always thought of healthy food or diets as bland crazy food. My mom was on a diet once that she ate canned tuna with no flavoring not even mustard and canned beats, sounds delicious I know. However when I started talking with Matt I decided to give my first diet a try. Matt is a personal trainer for Total Health and Fitness and I had my initial conseltation with him on Monday. So far it is going well, I have been excersing regularly (every day so far). Eating more often then I ever thought I would on a diet (9 times a day). And I have even tried some “diet” cheese, Laughing Cow, that is pretty darn tasty. Anyway the best part is I still get to eat Dream Dinners every night because they fit into this crazy eating schedule I’m on. I really miss my desserts but maybe after my 10 weeks Matt will let me have some every now and then.
